Anti-ATG13 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATG13, supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 281–480 of human ATG13 (NP_055556.2). The product is affinity purified and has a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
