Anti-ATG12 (S129) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ATG12 (S129). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ATG12 and detects endogenous levels of ATG12 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The observed molecular weight is approximately 15 and 50 kDa.
