Anti-ATG10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting ATG10, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 160 to the C-terminus of human ATG10 (NP_113670.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa.

ATG10 shows low tissue specificity and is localised to the nucleoplasm and nucleoli. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
