Anti-ATF7IP Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ATF7IP (also known as MCAF1) and is raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG. It has been validated for western blot (WB) applications with human and mouse samples and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Affinity purified with a reported molecular weight of 250 kDa, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 525–725 of human ATF7IP (NP_060649.3). Recommended western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
