Anti-ATF6 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets ATF6 and is supplied unconjugated. It is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human ATF6 (NP_031374.2). The expected molecular weight is 90 – 100 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.
