An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human ATF4, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of ATF4 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
Purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification using the epitope-specific immunogen.
