Anti-ATF3 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against ATF3. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–181 of human ATF3 (NP_001665.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 21 kDa. According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range is 1:500 – 1:2,000.
