Anti-ATF2 (phospho T71) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ATF2 phosphorylated at threonine 71. It is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified following immunization with a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the T71 region of human ATF2 (NP_001871.2).

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
