Anti-ATF2 (phospho T69 + T71) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ATF2 phosphorylated at Thr69 and Thr71. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The reagent is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around T69 and T71 of human ATF2 (NP_001871.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 68 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
