Anti-ATF2 (phospho-T69) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ATF2 (phospho-T69), a phosphorylated form of the ATF2 target protein. It is supplied unconjugated at approximately 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ATF2 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 69.

Specificity is restricted to ATF2 only when phosphorylated at Thr69, allowing detection of endogenous levels of the protein at this modification. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the detected target is approximately 55 to 75 kDa.
