Anti-ATF2 (phospho-S62) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ATF2 (phospho-S62). It is supplied unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ATF2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 62. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of ATF2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser62, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 55 to 75 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
