Anti-ATF2 (phospho-S498) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ATF2 and specifically recognises the phosphorylated form at Serine 498. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ATF2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 498. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ATF2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser498. The target is reported at a molecular weight of ~ 55 to 75 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
