Anti-ATF2 (phospho-S112) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises human ATF2 when phosphorylated at Serine 112. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ATF2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 112, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ATF2 only when phosphorylated at Ser112. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein migrates at approximately 55 to 75 kDa.
