Anti-ATF2 (K106) Antibody

The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 70-120 of Human ATF2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ATF2 protein. The product is formulated as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~55 to 75 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
