Produced by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ATF2. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human ATF2, and the antibody has been affinity purified.

The preparation is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. The reported molecular weight is 70 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and it recognises Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC on paraffin sections. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
