Anti-ATF2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATF2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. Applications listed include WB, IHC, and IF, and the reagent is validated for WB and IHC.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110-190 of human ATF2 (NP_001871.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 70 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The antibody is KO validated. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
