Anti-ATF2 (Ab-71 or 53) Antibody

The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was raised against a synthetic peptide covering the T-P-T-P-T motif and detects endogenous levels of total ATF2, with a predicted molecular weight of 65–75 kDa, making it suitable for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:100–1:200).
