Anti-Ataxin-10 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Ataxin-10. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Ataxin-10, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the Ataxin-10 protein, which migrates at approximately 46–53 kDa. The target, also referred to by the synonyms Brain protein E46 homolog, SCA10 and Spinocerebellar ataxia type 10 protein, is supplied as a primary antibody reagent.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
