Anti-AT1 Antibody

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets AT1, a target also annotated as ACAT (acetyl-coenzyme A transporter 1), AT-1, and solute carrier family 33 member 1 (SLC33A1). Supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL, the IgG antibody is unconjugated and was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human AT1, enabling detection of endogenous levels of the protein. Validated applications cover Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry combined with immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.
