Anti-ASPSCR1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ASPSCR1, a protein also referred to as TUG. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed among its intended applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 284–553 of human TUG/ASPSCR1 (NP_076988.1). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified, with an observed molecular weight of 80 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
