Anti-ASPH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Aspartate beta hydroxylase (ASPH) and is supplied unconjugated. Raised in rabbit (IgG isotype), it reacts with human samples and has been validated for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 81–270 of human ASPH (NP_001158227.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended dilution for ICC/IF is 1:50–1:100. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
