Anti-ASPA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises ASPA and is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated reagent. Raised in rabbit as an IgG polyclonal, it was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–313 of human ASPA (NP_001121557.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse, and rat samples, with recommended working dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide as preservative. The target protein has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
