Anti-ASNS Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets asparagine synthetase (ASNS) and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human ASNS immunogen and affinity-purified, yielding a preparation that recognizes the endogenous total ASNS protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, making it suitable for studies of amino-acid biosynthesis and stress-response pathways across these species. The buffer formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
