Anti-ASNS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Asparagine synthetase (ASNS) and is supplied in unconjugated, liquid form. It is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 212–561 of human ASNS (NP_001664.3) and was affinity-purified prior to formulation. The target protein migrates at a reported molecular weight of 64 kDa, and the reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
