Anti-ASNA1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ASNA1 (also known as TRC40). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form, with the immunogen being a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–348 of human ASNA1 (NP_004308.2). The target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 39 kDa.

According to the manufacturer specification sheet, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF); the Antibodies.com listing additionally lists IHC as an application. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:200–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
