Anti-ASMTL Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–290 of human ASMTL (NP_004183.2), and the purified product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. Purification is by affinity chromatography. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunoprecipitation. Western blot and immunohistochemistry are also cited as validated applications.
