Anti-ASL Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Argininosuccinate Lyase (ASL) and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications on human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 289–464 of human ASL (NP_000039.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The reagent is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 49 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for IHC and ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival for storage at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
