Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against the ASK1 (V972) region of the ASK1 protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 940–988 of human ASK1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ASK1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 155 kDa.
