Anti-ASK1 (T77) Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ASK1 (T77) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is unconjugated and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, allowing cross-species study of endogenous ASK1.

The antibody was raised using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 43-90 of human ASK1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of ASK1 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 155 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
