Anti-ASK1 (phospho-T918) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against ASK1 phosphorylated at threonine 918, provided as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody was produced using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ASK1 around the phosphorylation site of Thr918, and specifically recognises endogenous ASK1 protein only when phosphorylated at that residue. Reactivity has been established with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Immunogen affinity-purification by epitope-specific affinity chromatography yields an antibody with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, migrating at an apparent molecular weight of ~155 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
