Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ASK1 (phospho-S966), supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications include WB and IHC.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ASK1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 966. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of ASK1 only when phosphorylated at Ser966. The molecular weight is approximately 155 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
