Anti-ASK1 (phospho-S83) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against ASK1 (phospho-S83). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ASK1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 83. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ASK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser83. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 155 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The manufacturer datasheet includes 2 scientific images.
