Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ASK1, specifically recognising the phosphorylated Serine 1033 residue. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications.
The antibody is unconjugated and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is provided in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol at 1 mg/ml. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~155 kDa, and the reagent has been affinity-purified to a purity of >95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
Specificity is limited to endogenous ASK1 only when phosphorylated at Ser1033. The immunogen used is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ASK1 surrounding the Serine 1033 phosphorylation site.
