Anti-ASK1 (E960) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ASK1 and is unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 924–978 of Human ASK1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ASK1 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 155 kDa, and antibody purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen and affinity chromatography.
