Anti-ASIC3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the acid-sensing ion channel subunit 3 (ASIC3) and is offered as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and was generated from a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ASIC3, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography; it is intended to detect endogenous levels of ASIC3 protein in human samples by Western blot (WB) and ELISA.
