ASIC3 (Acid-Sensing Ion Channel 3) is a member of the degenerin/epithelial sodium channel family expressed predominantly in sensory neurons, where it contributes to proton-gated cation currents and the detection of tissue acidosis.
The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against ASIC3 and supplied as an unconjugated antiserum in a 100 µl vial, ready for direct labeling or use in standard immunodetection workflows.
Validated applications include Western blot and ELISA on human samples, making it well suited to studies of nociception, inflammatory pain signaling, and channel expression profiling in neuronal cell models.
The polyclonal format offers multiple epitope recognition across the ASIC3 protein, supporting consistent detection in tissue lysates and cultured neuron preparations.
