Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Anti-ASH2L preparation from Antibodies.com is supplied in a 100 µl volume and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
ASH2L (ASH2 Like, Histone Lysine Methyltransferase Complex Subunit) is a core scaffolding component of the Set1/MLL complex that drives trimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 4 (H3K4me3), an epigenetic mark associated with active transcription at promoters and enhancers. The protein migrates at approximately 67 kDa and is broadly expressed in human, mouse, and rat tissues.
Laboratories investigating chromatin modification, enhancer regulation, embryonic development, and mixed-lineage leukemia biology use this reagent to detect endogenous ASH2L across multiple model systems. The unconjugated format supports direct immunostaining, secondary antibody detection, lysate immunoblotting, and subcellular localization studies, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.
