Anti-ASH2L Antibody

A recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody targeting ASH2L, a core scaffold subunit of the mammalian MLL/SET1 (COMPASS) histone H3K4 methyltransferase complex, supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it well suited to chromatin-immunoprecipitation companion studies, fixed-cell nuclear staining, and tissue-section profiling.

ASH2L functions within the WRAD subcomplex (WDR5, RBBP5, ASH2L, DPY30) that stabilizes catalytic SET1 family members and drives H3K4 trimethylation at active promoters and enhancers. The antibody is therefore useful for research on epigenetic gene regulation, embryonic development, hematopoiesis, and MLL-rearranged leukemia biology.

Each vial contains 100 µL of antibody formulated in 1×TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. Shipped at 4°C; for long-term storage, keep aliquots frozen at −20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
