Anti-ASGR2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ASGR2 and is validated for Western blot on human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 41 kDa, and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 58–287 of human ASGR2 (NP_550435.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
