Anti-ASGR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against ASGR1, a hepatocyte surface receptor that mediates endocytosis of desialylated glycoproteins and is widely used as a marker for liver-directed gene delivery studies.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, where it labels the asialoglycoprotein receptor subunit at the hepatocyte sinusoidal membrane.

Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for membrane and cytosolic protein detection in liver tissue sections and lysates. Store refrigerated, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light to preserve binding activity.
