Anti-ASGR1 Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets ASGR1 (Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1/HL-1). It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-150 of human ASGR1 (NP_001662.1). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Reported molecular weights for the target are 33 kDa and 45 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
