Anti-ASF1B Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ASF1B. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot on human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 63-202 of human ASF1B (NP_060624.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:200-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
