Anti-ASCC3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ASCC3, also known as Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3, and is unconjugated. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified; the concentration is lot-specific.

Validated for ICC/IF, the reagent is recommended at a dilution of 1:50–1:100 and reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–111 of human ASCC3 (NP_071374.1). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
