Anti-ASC-1 (G105) Antibody

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 72-124 of human ASC-1 and detects endogenous levels of the ASC-1 protein. It has been validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human and mouse samples. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 66 kDa.

Purified by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation is reported to be greater than 95% pure by SDS-PAGE.
