Anti-ASB4 Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against the human ASB4 protein, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl vial. ASB4 (Ankyrin Repeat and SOCS Box Containing 4) belongs to the ASB family of substrate-recognition adapters that recruit Elongin B/C–Cullin–SOCS E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes through a C-terminal SOCS box, and it has been investigated for roles in neuronal differentiation, hypoxia-responsive gene regulation, and several cancer cell models.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, this primary antibody can be applied to total cell or tissue lysates to detect endogenous ASB4 expression, and to formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections for spatial localization studies. The unconjugated format allows pairing with HRP-conjugated, biotinylated, or fluorophore-labeled secondary reagents depending on the detection platform. For research use only.
