Anti-ASAH2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ASAH2. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein migrates at 100 kDa. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody is recommended at a working dilution of 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB. It has been affinity purified and should be shipped at 4 °C, then aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 531–780 of human ASAH2 (Q9NR71). The product is intended for research use only.
