Anti-Artemis (phospho-S516) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizing Artemis phosphorylated at serine 516, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol at 1 mg/ml. This phosphorylation-specific reagent targets a DNA damage-responsive epitope on the DCLRE1C nuclease, a key effector of non-homologous end joining and V(D)J recombination that is phosphorylated by ATM kinase at multiple SQ/TQ motifs following ionizing radiation.
