Anti-ART1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets ART1 and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. It is unconjugated and reacts with human and mouse samples, and is supported by 4 scientific validation images.

Produced as a liquid preparation, the antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 23–295 of human ART1 (NP_004305.2). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
