ARSE (Arylsulfatase E) is a Golgi-resident sulfatase whose loss-of-function variants cause X-linked recessive chondrodysplasia punctata, and this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit to support detection of the endogenous human protein in basic and translational research. Supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry workflows, making it useful for groups studying sulfatase biology, cartilage and skeletal development, and CDPX1-associated pathways. Polyclonal recognition of multiple epitopes on ARSE can be advantageous when probing low-abundance targets or when samples have performed poorly with single-epitope reagents, and the glycerol-containing formulation offers flexibility for storage at standard refrigeration conditions. Researchers handling Golgi-enriched fractions, patient-derived fibroblasts, or chondrogenic model systems can pair this reagent with appropriate secondary antibodies for chromogenic or fluorescence readout, depending on the platform in use.
