Anti-ARSD Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ARSD, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for western blotting with human and mouse samples; a separate unconjugated format is validated for immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human samples. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH ~7.2) containing 15 mM sodium azide. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ARSD and detects endogenous levels of the protein. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation exceeds 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, with the target band observed at approximately 42 kDa.
